UV-TOC Series
UV-TOC series utilizes 185nm/254nm dual-band UV light to mineralize Total Organic Carbon (TOC) into CO₂ and H₂O through photochemical oxidation.
Featuring high-purity PFA/316L stainless steel flow paths and intelligent UV/oxidant dosing control, it achieves >99% TOC removal rate.
Designed for semiconductor ultrapure water and pharmaceutical WFI applications, it requires ultra-low turbidity inflow (<0.1NTU) and regular maintenance.
